DOC’S MUSCLE UP SMOOTHIE

Great drink for adding muscle during a workout program. After your workout, drink Fortifeye FIT to put your body in recovery mode, and drink a Doc’s Muscle Up to put you in muscle building mode.

  • Fortifeye Super Protein 1 scoop
  • Cashew Butter 1 tablespoon
  • Banana 1 medium
  • a2 milk 8oz

Place all ingredients in blender, you can add spring water if too thick for your taste…sit back and enjoy!
